Perfect family or multi family rental with a partial seasonal view of the golf course. This townhouse has 3 floors, each floor has its own living area and full bath and will sleep a maximum of 12 people comfortably. The main living area is a large open space with cathedral ceilings. The functional kitchen has a pantry and a breakfast bar. This opens up to the den area with plenty of comfortable seating including a large dining table with 6 chairs and 4 counter bar stools for additional seating . This main level also has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, and shares a full bath and has deck access. The other bedroom on this level has a queen bed.
Off the living area is a large deck with a gas grill and patio furniture with seating for up to 9. For your convenience, there is wireless high speed internet available throughout the house. The living room TV has streaming available with Netflix, Hulu , Amazon and many other popular apps. There is a DVD player and a large selection of DVD’s provided.
Lower Level: The lower level of the home has another den area with a recliner, sofa sleeper and loveseat as well 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. The bathroom on this level is centrally located for the bedrooms and den. There is a sliding glass door leading out to the lower level deck. Many family games are provided along with arts and crafts and a library of books for readers of all ages. There is a TV with a PlayStation and games, bumper pool , poker table, ping pong table, turntable with a small selection of records and a magnetic dart board are available as well.
Upper level: There is a bedroom with a double bed as well as a full bathroom and loft with a sofa sleeper and 2 chairs as well as a TV with DVD player.
Also available is a full size air mattress as well as a pack and play.
There is high speed internet and wifi available and the marina is located close by for boat drop in. Streaming is available and includes HULU, Netflix and Amazon Prime
