Renovated in January 2025, this ~45m² apartment with a spacious balcony is located in the heart of the lively Lend district, making it the perfect spot to explore my beautiful hometown. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a wide selection of cafés, restaurants, shops, and markets, all within walking distance. Situated on a side street off Lendplatz and therefore in a quiet location, the apartment is modernly furnished and offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests (pull-out sofa) and is located on the 1st floor. It has 2 rooms. The first room serves as the living and dining area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a (sleeper) sofa. The second room houses the bedroom and a workspace. Both (bright) rooms have access to the large balcony. The bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, and a washer-dryer. You can easily reach the apartment via an elevator. A covered parking spot is available right in front of the apartment for an additional fee. Guests have access to all areas of the apartment.
