Summary: Such an incredible stay! The staff were beyond accommodating, always making me feel so welcome. The surroundings were breathtaking, and the on-site restaurant was a true highlight. The breakfast buffet had absolutely everything you could imagine, something to please everyone. Dinner was consistently amazing, every single night, and the views and sounds of the jungle during each meal was a dream come true for me! What stood out most to me was the kindness of every single individual I met on the staff. They were not only attentive and friendly, but by the end of my stay, they truly felt like family. Their warmth and care turned into one of the most comforting and unforgettable stays of my life. The complimentary transportation to and from Ubud Center was such a thoughtful touch! The spa treatments were absolutely luxurious, making every visit feel like pure indulgence. Both pools offered the perfect escape from the heat, surrounded by the most breathtaking jungle views. And just a short 5-minute walk away, Pepito supermarket made it easy to grab fresh fruit and little treats, so convenient! I will absolutely be back, and I can’t wait for my family to meet Katut, Karsana, and Krisna, their kindness made my stay unforgettable! I miss you all soo much, see you soon!
