Positive: It was a gorgeous rustic property in stunning gardens close to many little towns and wineries in the region. There was a cellar door tasting room for an adjoining winery (Moorooroo) that was literally a few steps from our accommodation and an absolutely fantastic tasting experience!

Negative: Unfortunately, I broke my toe just before arriving and the loft apartment was probably not the right choice for this stay, especially having to get up and down uneven stairs at night for the bathroom. Whilst we had a coffee pod machine, they had removed the milk frother and we had to use the microwave, which was disappointing. Our friends travelling with us found the same thing but they had no microwave so their coffee was largely cold! Lastly, while we understand that in this rustic environment there is little control, having a run in with a tiny rodent that ate through our snacks packaging was a little off putting.

Summary: It was a great experience and had a wonderful time but would probably go back to more modern accommodation next time!
