Positive: The property is part of house in secluded road, Very quite neighbourhood. We skipped the breakfast as it was very basic. But for this kind of money I am not complaining. The stuffed helped with all our request. Plenty of hot water. The beds were confutable, The rooms are not big but we only slept there. Good enough for us. The property is 10-15min walking distance from centre, You still can use Grab if you are lazy. Shops and restaurants only 2-3min away. Less then 10min walk from Semporna Jetty. I would recommend this place for people on a budget and light sleepers. VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. The Chinese owner often was around and was ready to help. They let us check out very late as we had boat trip on the same day agains No Extra charge. You can buy cold water or drinks from the reception but also free drinking water from water dispenser outside. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality and sorry that we took your adapter with us. Will send it back

Negative: This is nothing to do with our stay. Since you are refurbishing the other houses, put more sockets in the rooms
