Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The staff was helpful and presentable. Always respond to your inquiry with a smile. The venue was located close to Udayana University, and I was here for work-related reasons.

Negative: The bathroom has a rather unpleasant smell. Most of the metal items in the bathroom are rusty and emit a metallic odour. The kitchen was closed for the majority of my stay, despite the flyer stating it would be open until 2200 hours. I chose this venue because it was advertised as being near McDonald's; however, upon my arrival, the front desk informed me that it was closed permanently, leaving me reliant on Grab Food for the entire night I stayed.
