Positive: The staffs were generally very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was strategic as there are lots of eateries around.

Negative: There were a few things that can be better. As we stayed at the Presidential Suite, we were disappointed with the maintanance of the room. 1. The floor doesn't seems to be cleaned properly. We had to use indoor slippers/our own slippers while moving around the room. 2. The toilet flush in the masterbedroom seems to have a problem. 3. The breakfast menu and the room service food could be better.
