Summary: Booked a balcony suite and could not get chairs to use on balcony. No swim up bar as advertised. When in the pool had to go to reception for drinks. Only 1 lift was working out of 3. The spa and massage salon was closed for renovations was not advised of this before staying at hotel. One of the pools was closed. Overall not a great experience
