Summary: We have stayed here many times before but this was the first time we were disappointed with our visit. The property itself is good with comfortable rooms and a lovely outdoor pool. However, the service fell below what we would expect at this price point and based on our previous experiences. Each day at breakfast, we were not offered coffee as before, and had to make it ourselves. At one evening meal, we had to get a high chair for our baby ourselves despite asking the staff for it 3 times. I had arranged with the staff for a cake and candle for my wife's birthday in advance and this did not happen. I brought this to guest experience the next day who promised they would make sure it happened that night. It did not. We brought up all these issues on check out and were promised a phone call from a manager that day which again did not happen. We were left very disappointed with the level of service from an expensive resort and we will not be going back.
