That means plenty of space (for up to 14 adults plus, optionally, 3 children aged 0 to 3 in cribs) spread over 2 floors: 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms. Here, no sleeping space is double-used as a living room couch: The sunroom as well as the top (=3rd) panoramic floor, with its 60 m² loft-style living area plus open-concept kitchen offering endless culinary possibilities, provide space for undisturbed socializing.

Upper Carinthia has a lot to offer: Lake Millstatt is Carinthia’s lake with the highest water volume (and famous for its edible fish); its water is of drinking-water quality, reaches a pleasant swimming temperature as early as mid-May, and features a regular ferry service that complements the hiking and biking trails along both shores. The peaks of the surrounding mountains (all 2,100 m high) are easily accessible via lifts, mountain roads, and hiking trails suitable for all ages. Seeboden borders the Hohe Tauern National Park and the Nockberge Biosphere Reserve. Even high-alpine adventures are not far away: the year-round Mölltaler Glacier ski area, the Reißeck–Maltatal power plant complex (which offers bungee jumping from Europe’s highest dam), or the Großglockner High Alpine Road.
