Summary: 1.Amneties not working. Eg fan, and broken water bidet. 2. The concierge refused to change room even after acknowledging amneties not working. 3. Noisy neighbors even after quiet hours. 4.Lights not working at all and was only changed after requested. 5.No adequate lighting at swimming pool, dangeround after 7pm/dark. 6.Stains on bedsheet indicated its been used plenty of times and no housekeeping was done. 7. The whole room was smelling bad, with poor ventilation. 8. Multiple requests of changing room was not entertained despite highligting this. No proper answer was given or action was taken. 9. Poor housekeeping.
