Saturday to Saturday, 7 day rentals only during the season. Off season, please inquire about less than a week stay.

Linens and bath towels are included. Bring your own beach towels, beach equipment, and chairs. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and baby items may be rented locally. Ask property manager for info after booking to reserve them early.
Emerald Hideaway is pet friendly. Dogs only, no more than 2 per stay. Pet fee is per pet. Please add the 35.00 per night pet fee at time of booking, or let the Property Manager know after booking so she can add it. Property Manager will need to add second pet fee, so please let her know after booking.
Pool may be heated for an additional $625. Contact your property manager, she will need at least a 24 hour notice.
All guests pay a 55.00 damage protection fee at time of booking. This covers you up to 1500.00, only if guests report the damages BEFORE CHECK OUT to property manager.
Elevator inside home runs to all 3 levels.
Parking: 4 cars can park inside under house, 6 cars comfortably in driveway.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
