These 3 rooms each have 38 m², on the 1st and 2nd floor each 2 balconies (south and west side) and on the 3rd floor a west-facing balcony with panoramic lake view and a view over the small private marina.
Since May 2021, these rooms have been shining in the Seevillen tower room style with light furniture and wooden flooring.
Bathroom with bathtub, rain-drop shower, separate toilet and some have a bidet. Refrigerator, coffee & tea making set, hair dryer, illuminated make-up mirror, bathrobes. Sofa, armchair and living room table as well as desk complete the offer.
The sofa is partly extendable and can be used by children or adults on request for an extra charge.

Lake Millstatt, which is embedded in the mountains, has a water volume of 1,200 million m³ and an area of 1,328 ha. It is 141 m deep and therefore the most water-rich lake in Carinthia. In summer, the water temperature is up to 27°C! The water of the lake has drinking water quality and is rich in minerals, which makes it feel particularly soft.
