Summary: Villa was great with own private pool. Only a short 5 minute walk to closest beach. However if you are after a quiet undisturbed sleep maybe this villa is not for you. Loud live music was playing nearby everynight of our stay from approx 8pm - 12pm. Also barking dogs and crowing roosters all night. Also had no hot water to our shower and sinks (although our other villa also had no sink hot water). Shower hot water was rectified but ran out very quickly. Overall was satisfied with out stay and offered great value for money.
