Summary: Personnel were very helpful, friendly and pleasant. The hotel was a good location, and great price. I was lucky to get a room away from all the street/club noise. Whole hotel needs refurbished. Bed was comfortable, but don’t think my sheets were changed more than once on my two week stay. Housekeeping wasn’t very consistent or thorough. Had to ask to have my room cleaned several times, and almost never wiped down the bathroom/toilet. Pool chairs were broken, pool was dirty, restaurant was slow. For the price, it was worth it, but definitely wouldn’t go back. Great location, close to beach, restaurants, shopping, bars.
