Our luxury home is located in the Heart of Kiawah in Cypress Point - minutes from golf, tennis, restaurants, and the beautiful Kiawah Island Beach!
On the first floor there is a large living room, a den with a large flat screen TV and wrap around seating, a gourmet kitchen featuring Bosch appliances, a dining area with seating for 8, a powder room, and a screened porch for outdoor dining. Also on the first floor is a large master suite with a walk in closet and a beautiful marble bathroom with a large walk in shower.
On the second floor, there are two queen bedrooms (one with a work from home desk) and a twin bedroom all with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a walk- in laundry room.
On the ground level, there is an outdoor space with some outdoor seating and a grill.
Our neighborhood has a tranquility pool for the exclusive use of owners and their guests. It is within 100 feet of our house. A great place to cool off after a day of fun and activity!
We are a short walk to the 5 Star Sanctuary Resort and Spa, the Beach, Roy Barth Tennis Center, and the Turtle Point Golf Course and Learning Center. Fresh Fields Village boasting a gourmet supermarket and many other shops is approximately 4 miles away and accessible by car or bicycle. Kiawah Island Nature Center and Night Heron Park are also a short distance away.
There is so much to see and do in Kiawah and our home is the perfect location and respite for relaxation!

Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean).
We have a no pets and no smoking policy. There are parking spots in the driveway for two cars. There is no parking available on the street. Accommodation tax not included in the rate. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remainder due 45 days before arrival. Accommodations for a maximum of 8 people only (children are counted as people).
