Villa Chiquitita is a recently renovated traditional house, with a private heated pool, located on the hillside above Agios Stefanos and Kerasia Beach, in the North East of Corfu, very close to Kalami and Kassiopi popular resorts.
The private pool can be heated on request during the cold months, and air-conditioned bedrooms, lovely gardens, and exceptional terraces offer stunning sea views and dreamy sunrises. This unique holiday home provides all the comforts to make someone's stay enjoyable and stress-free.

Layout
It is constructed to take advantage of the stunning views of the narrows between Corfu and Albania, with a living room on the first floor. A twin-bedded room and the main bathroom are accessed from the hall, and both benefit from exceptional views. This part of the house includes a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with patio doors open onto a breathtaking balcony.

The pool is located at the sunniest corner of the garden, two steps lower from the terrace, and it is accessed on its shallow end by stairs. A sophisticated degree, 70 centimetres below the pool's surface, stretching to its full length, provides a great underwater seat, perfect for relaxing in the water. It can be heated on request during the cold months.

Villa Chiquitita is ideally positioned for visiting all parts of the island, including mountain villages, sightseeing, hiking, or enjoying the lovely beaches of Kerasia and Kalami, which are only a short drive away.
The "Local Kensington On the Sea" Agios Stefanos, the famous Avlaki beach, and the cosmopolitan village of Kassiopi is slightly further. Still, a visit is a must, if not a daily need.
