Spacious larger rooms with an open plan living dining area, all laminate floors or tile, no carpet, 3 solar tubes for extra light in the home. Square footage 1723 does not include lanai or bird cage. Fully furnished, leather living room sofa and ottomans, 65" tv, master bedroom features new queen size bed with electrical multi positional adjustments and massage feature, 50" tv, 2 walk in closets. Master bath features luxury large back lit mirrors, walk in shower with seat, cabinets for storage as well as custom glass shelving. New queen size luxurious bed in guest room also. Guest bath features tub/shower.
Rental includes all household necessities, bed, kitchen and bath linens, dishes, glassware, silver ware, full set of stainless cookware, coffee maker, also accommodates kcups, coffee bean grinder, air fryer, toaster, can opener, ceiling fans. Washer/dryer closet inside. 2 car garage features regular garage door, screened garage door also, full wall of floor to ceiling custom cabinets and large additional fridge. Vacuum cleaner, dust buster, brooms, etc provided.
2 small/medium size cats/dogs will be considered on individual basis for additional pet deposit of $250 each, due with first month rent. Exterior areas include a glassed/screened in Florida room and a large screened and roof covered birdcage with a bar and barbecue grill. Smoking allowed on front porch, Florida room and birdcage only. Guest passes for Recreation Centers applied for your stay..
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
