2 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Hirschegg

Breathe and let go!
Close to the source, in a sunny, peaceful spot, you can hear the
“voices of nature.”
The chirping of birds. The rustling of the treetops.
The gentle whisper of the wind blowing across blooming mountain meadows.
The babbling of the little stream.
Feel the dewy grass as you walk barefoot, relax in the sauna,
recharge your energy at our place of power,
taste the fruits of the garden, enjoy a fresh egg,
sleep in an alpaca wool bed on Swiss stone pine pillows
and experience the beauty of the alpine pasture…
Accommodations
You’ll find the chalet on our well-maintained mountain farm
in a truly sunny spot.
It’s built into the hillside so that the house is bathed in sunlight from morning
until evening.
It welcomes you with a magnificent panoramic view. When you open the large glass front, you can extend the living area outdoors.
We’ve also brought nature into the house. From the bedroom with a double bed, a floor-to-ceiling
glass door leads outside—right up to the heated pool (30° C)
Out of bed—and straight into the water!
Warm wood makes the interior cozy and
inviting. Inside, you’ll find mostly
smoked spruce. The spruce wood is a reminder
of our homeland, the Ore Mountains, where spruce
is everywhere.
On the loft overlooking the valley, there is another double bed available, which can be easily pulled apart on casters and converted into two single beds.
A high-quality wood-paneled kitchen with a coffee machine—complete with freshly ground coffee—ensures a joy of cooking with a country-house feel.
Cool armchairs made of burl wood lend the rustic cabin chic an urban flair.
In the bathroom, which features a shower and toilet, we’ve combined smoked spruce with dark natural stone.
An infrared heater complements the space and helps relax your muscles after physical activity—or simply for your overall well-being.
A separate sauna cabin houses a panoramic sauna with sweeping views of the alpine pasture.
The heated 32° C outdoor saltwater pool invites you to enjoy relaxing laps while taking in the mountain views.
You don’t even need to get dressed. Because up here, no one can see you. Pure freedom
Guest access
The chalet, the heated pool (30°C), and the sauna are available for your exclusive use.
What would a mountain cabin be without animals? Our happy chickens provide your fresh breakfast eggs.
In our garden, there are fruits and vegetables ready to eat. And don’t forget our spring water—pure or with homemade elderberry syrup, it’s a true delight!
And then there are… Alpacas!
The alpacas have had a special place in our lives—and in our hearts—for many years now.
Back in the Ore Mountains, where we’re from, we run a large alpaca farm with over 100 animals.
We brought a few of our favorites with us to Austria. They feel right at home here.
All day long, they graze on the lush mountain meadows surrounding the chalet and delight you with their presence.
Additional important information
For active guests, two e-bikes are available free of charge and waiting for those with strong calves...
And last but not least... we have a small alpaca farm shop
We process the wool from our alpacas into high-quality products, which we sell mainly here.
Why not go on a journey of discovery and let yourself be tempted? Our natural alpaca soap, enriched with alpaca hair keratin, lathers gently and leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth, and our wonderful alpaca wool bedding—including elegant blankets, pillows, accessories, socks, hats, gloves, and much more are available here.
For knitting enthusiasts, we offer soft balls of yarn. The yarn is made of pure alpaca wool, is 100% natural, and is handmade. You’ll be amazed at how cozy, warm, and soft your new favorite hand-knitted pieces made from alpaca wool are.
