A beautiful authentic half-timbered house, completely renovated in 2018, right in the heart of the city center where you will find several bakeries, cafes and restaurants, with cosy sunny terrace. During the Christmas market period you literally walk through the Christmas market stalls from the house. Everything is within walking distance, including the most beautiful walks and bike rides around Monschau.
The house has 3 cosy bedrooms with comfy double beds and a 4th cosy bedroom with 2 seperate single beds but also with the option to have it as one double bed. The 3rd and 4th bedroom are connected, but can be separated with a door. In total for 8 persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/microwave, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob and dishwasher.
There are 2 bathrooms and a second separate toilet. The first bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet and a single sink. The 2nd bathroom has also a walk-in shower and one sink.
