The two-story historic home welcomes you with classic architecture from the moment you step inside where you will find all the comforts of the living space that is filtered with an abundance of natural sunlight from the large frame windows. Cozy up with a book by the wood burning fireplace on those occasional cool Florida nights! Around the corner past the exquisite dining room which is meant to be enjoyed entertaining guests, you will discover the beautifully remodeled kitchen combing an all too-rare bounty of cabinet space and two original butler's pantries with upscale stainless steel appliances plus a gorgeous farmhouse sink. A half bathroom and laundry room are located just off the kitchen.
As you meander upstairs you will find all the bedrooms and remaining bathrooms that are updated to maintain the charm and integrity with fine detail in every corner. A Master bedroom overlooking the bay with an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower features a king bed and ample space for relaxation and storage, your second room features a queen bed with an ensuite classic bathroom.
