At the first floor we find the living room with Sat-TV and chimney, an American kitchen with oven, stoves, fridge and independent freezer and toaster and a little terrace perfectly for breakfast. At the second floor are the rooms, one double room with 150cm mattress and the other one with two individual 90cm beds. At the second floor we also find the bathroom with shower and a small balcony. A communal swimming pool and grass area with beautiful garden is waiting you. The semi-detached is next to the road so is not appropriate for those customers who wants tranquility.
