Review Score: 4

Summary: AC in room was broken, would not shut off, feezing temperatures. Caught a cold. Complained immediately, said was fixed, but no change. Finally got fixed after the 2nd night. Hot water in shower had no pressure, so could not even warm up. Jacuzzi was dirty, and could not be used when a massage session was in progress. Pool was dirty as well. Drain in bathroom smelt.
