2026 - Our building is under maintenance construction (new building walkways and railings) The maintenance is 8am - noon and 1-4 pm. Some days are more noisy than others. The work is on the parking lot side of the building, not the beach side. No work is done on the weekends or after 4:00 pm. So it is quiet then. The nightly rate has been discounted from $345 a night down to $250 a night during the construction phase.
