Positive: The property was one of those that on the outside looks idyllic but up close was just ok Maybe we have been spoilt with other cheaper stays but although it looks lovely it was lacking atmosphere and ambience Don’t get me wrong, the food was good and the spa looked amazing but it didn’t light my fire!!

Negative: It was lacking ambience and friendliness
