Spacious wellness vacation home with a sauna and wood-burning stove!<br><br>Located in Grimersum (about 5 km past Greetsiel), it features 4 bedrooms (one on the first floor) and 2 bathrooms with showers, accommodating 8 people (also ideal for 2 families, for example). The sauna and wood-burning stove make this a great vacation spot—not just in the summer. The beautiful exposed wooden beams and nautical decor give the house a very special character.<br>On the first floor is the spacious living/dining area with large doors leading out to the patio. The beautiful garden, complete with a garden shed and outdoor furniture, invites you to relax and spend time outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more.<br><br>In the directly adjacent utility room, you’ll find a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
