Located one street over from Plantation Inn Resort & Golf Club where you can rent pontoon boats or launch your boat there. House comes with 1 boat slip across the street. Separate 20x20 entertainment room for the kids or adults alike with pool table, foosball table, dartboard, and 70" smart TV.
3 bedrooms/2 baths 2200 sq. ft. home with ALL new appliances and new furniture. The entertainment room will entertain the kids w/ a 70" smart TV, pool table, and foosball table. Relax in a 3-person heated hot tub in the screened-in patio. This property is not on the water.
Located within walking distance (1 street over) from Plantation Inn Resort where you can golf and/or rent pontoon boats. You can also launch your own boat there and dock it at our other house across the street, see picture.
House across the street is owned by me and is also a vacation rental (that one is on the water). Great for a family reunion if you want both homes.

If you love seafood, you're in a good treat! The local restaurants here are to die for. The seafood is fresh and it's amazing.
Our home is centrally located, 3 minutes from 3 Sister Springs. Only about 5 minutes from downtown Crystal River with all the shops and restaurants.
