Summary: I checked out from another hotel to go to D Kelly, and was so glad I did. The ambiance was very welcoming, modern, hi-tech, and easily found. The parking was so convenient and classy. For a hotel that gives the vibe of a 5-star, the check-in process was unmatched, slow and inefficient front desk people. The breakfast buffet was not impressive, but if you convert to US dollar, it's so cheap, so no loss there.
