Kitchen is equipped coffee maker, stove, pots, pans and dishes. Queen sleep sofa. Outdoor deck/patio is equipped with a large picnic table and additional outdoor seating. Outside hose for rinsing off after beach time. Beach and bay recreational items can be borrowed from the storage unit underneath the home. Driveway parking for two cars on premises. Washing machine in bathroom. Clothing line located in driveway area for wet/beach items. Restaurants, local eateries, laundromat and a well-maintained park all within walking distance. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
