• This resort is a mixed-use facility. The South Tower common areas, gym, and garage are not managed by Travel + Leisure Co so your experience may vary between areas of the resort.
• Standard 2-bedroom lock-offs may have a view of the ocean. The 2-bedroom deluxe lock-offs have street and intercostal views. Views are not guaranteed.
• The lazy river and waterslide, located in the south tower, are not managed by Wyndham Ocean Walk and may be subjected to unexpected closures. For questions and concerns, please contact the resort.
• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.
