The Space:
Come home to this bright and modern studio apartment in Dubai Marina.

Step inside and a hallway will lead you to the bright living area. There is a cozy gray couch where you can have a nice sit while watching your favourite shows on the huge TV. This sofa can also be turned into a bed and sleep 1, if ever you have a friend who will visit you during your stay. A round wooden top center table, unique wall art and soft carpet completes this space.

Right next to it is the modern dining area that has a round table and four dining chairs where you can enjoy your home cooked meals. Make tasty meals in no time in the fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need.

Walk your way to the bedroom and a king-sized bed will welcome you. It is equipped with fresh hotel-quality linens and pillows to give you a better sleep. There's also a built-in cabinet side tables, lamp and en suite bathroom.

Access to the balcony can either be in the bedroom or the living area.

The bathroom is packed with white fluffy towels are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion ensuring a comfortable stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to pool, gym and parking.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station, the DMCC Metro Station is an 8-minute drive. This connects to the Tram Station that can get you around in Dubai.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
